Part of Findel PLC, Express Gifts is the UK's largest mail order supplier of cards & wrap, personalised products, their new clothing range included branded and own label items, novelty goods and numerous other items for the home and garden through their two main catalogue brands - Studio and Ace.
Customers are recruited through advertising including targeted direct mail, DRTV, online at www.24studio.co.uk and www.24ace.co.uk. in the popular press, magazines and third party insert programmes. All responders are fully credit screened and those approved are able to spread the cost of their purchase over a period of time. Approximately 50% of customers pay straight away with the other 50% taking advantage of the credit facilities.
Over 95% of Studio and Ace customers are females, aged 30-65, C2DE homeowners, married and with a high percentage with at least one child. They are active mail order buyers with household income less than £20,000 per annum. Over 40% of purchases are made via the internet. |
