Prices range from the inexpensive through to over £300 and allows people to own a high quality watch or accessory, previously only available to the gentry, at a lower price than many competitors. Recruited via their catalogue, the internet, inserts and off-the-page advertisements, customers are predominantly females aged 35+ years.

Three quarters of customers have a household income of over £35,000 per annum and there is a high level of credit card usage.

E-mail data is also available to approved advertisers and there are a further 18,000 names and addresses on the database.
